Burpee Variation

400m Run after each set

   

Burpee Variation

1- 1 Arm Devil Press, Burpee + DB or KB Snatch 

2- Burpee Slam Ball 

3- No equipment = Regular Burpees + 6" jump 

  

** If you don't have a way to measure your runs.. find a loop or a down and back that takes you about 1:45-2:00 for the run after each set! 

   

Optional Finisher

30 V-ups, Scale to Tuck ups 

30 Push ups

30 30 V-ups, Scale to Tuck ups
