All of our classes are designed to utilize strength and conditioning in a program derived from constantly varied, functional movements. This allows you to constantly increase the intensity of your workouts over time, after mastering the basic movements. Each one hour class incorporates gymnastics, endurance conditioning, and Olympic weightlifting into a workout commonly known as the WOD (workout of the day). This combination of movements is designed to get you into the best shape of your life, no matter your current fitness level. We are all striving to be better than the day before and we accomplish that TOGETHER through our community with support, accountability and hard work!!
