3 Squat Cleans 185/125#
(6 DB Squat Cleans)
15 Box Jumps

- Squat Cleans should me a moderate weight
- If no barbells, do 6 DB Squat Cleans

No Equipment
10 Rounds For Time:

9 Burpee + Squat
15 Box Jumps/ Step Ups
