- If you have a barbell and weights, use 135/95#
- Use 2x DB or KB if you have them, otherwise, use 1 DB or KB and split the reps per side
- Do 100 SU or 100 Lateral hops if no JR

No Equipment

12 Jumping Squats
100 Lateral Hops

 

* Use a broom stick, can's of soup or whatever else you're able to use for Thrusters!
