5 Rounds For Time:

50 Squats

40 Lunges

30 Sit ups

20 Push ups

10 Burpees

                               

* Bodyweight Sprint!

* Our goal is to have less challenging movements, with zero to minimal rest during these rounds!

* Sit ups- Scaling to Russian Twists

* Push ups- Scaling to Box PU (to a chair, bench, box, anything you can keep your range of motion!)
