Do I need to be Fit to start? 

Quick answer... NO! 

The CrossFit program is scalable to an appropriate level for anyone – literally, anyone. At ERCF, our coaches work hard to encompass a community and place that delivers a safe, fun, and effective program everyone… no matter their skill level of fitness. Come as you are!!
